In Inbox Wi-Fi you can find all the publicly accessible Wi-Fi spots that are provided by:
  • Lattelecom (those are charged Wi-Fi spots where national e-service Inbox.lv is available for free)
  • „Trešais Tēva Dēls”, that is a project for public library development that has been financially supported by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, by the government of Latvia and regional government. In the result there is an opportunity for every inhabitant to access high-speed wireless internet for free in each of 874 Latvian libraries
